FOB? Think Differently!

(7/8) Where do I start? The number of conversations that I have been in where the ask is always "Well, How must does this cost"..... "I get better FOB from other suppliers". People need to think differently and look at total costs from a holistic position with this solution. In general, the only people whose eyes light up in the room are the CFO and the CIO. Fact; through digital transformation people will always lose their jobs. Companies need to be prepared to deal with this through retraining etc to survive. FOB's equate to approx 10% of the total cost.
