(5/8) Mindset...my favourite subject! Great companies revolve around a great culture and I have been lucky enough to work with some, but do believe that there is a massive difference between maintaining the equilibrium and managing through transitional change. I also believe that thriving organisations need to be at ease with being in constant flux.


Big companies will continue to put in "flavour of the month" strategies because it's expected! How important these become depends on leadership and follow through. What I do see is SME's need massive help and have the willingness to lead change through IT, and AI and their general ability to have tech-savvy people that want to succeed! It's a fact 'Goliath'.... where I grew up the bigger you were, the harder you fell!


So we are now moving into what I deem to be the new retail world. Traditional push models are a thing of the past so Goliath, wake up! No longer are push models viable propositions with their inflexible models, highly financed supply chains and risk-averse product offerings. Here come th who can easily adapt, why because they can and want to! It's that simple, you make your own future.
